Collaborate on the preparation of project documentation in the zoning and construction management phase.
Ensure implementation documentation aligns with plans, budgets, technical standards, and permits.
Select construction contractors and conclude contractual documentation.
Oversee the construction process from site handover to acceptance.
Ensure the issuance of project approval decisions.
Update construction implementation schedules and project budgets within the assigned scope.
Collaborate with colleagues in various project areas (client changes, sales documentation, unit handovers, defect resolution, etc.).
Evaluate and manage project risks in relation to the approved plan.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
Proven experience in the implementation of residential buildings.
Knowledge of legislation governing building permits (Building Act, Administrative Code, etc.).
Enthusiasm, independence, productivity, and responsibility.
User knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
