Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Engineer at KAIZEN Architects & Engineers. As a Resident Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve project management services and architectural design services. You will work closely with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience of 10-15 years in construction field
• Proficiency in project management and construction administration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials
• Experience with relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure/certification is a plus
