Position: Resident Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in residential building constructions and hotels, with at least 5 years in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage all construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards, meeting both time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the construction project from start to finish, ensuring high levels of technical accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Review and approve project plans and drawings, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule adherence, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer in Dubai.
• Demonstrated ability to lead
