RESIDENT ENGINEER - CIVIL required urgently for a reputed Group for their property development company:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering- Civil or a related field. Professional certification or licensure is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in resident engineering roles, with a focus on industrial projects within the UAE.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong leadership and project management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to industrial projects in the UAE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with relevant industry tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices in project execution.
Valid UAE License preferred.
