Roles & Responsibility:
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage all aspects of a project including development, planning, strategy, implementation and assessment Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and make decisions.
• Provide project management guidance and support to client teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil or Architect
• 10-15 years' experience in similar roles
• AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
KEY SKILLS
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
• Resourcefulness and ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Well-developed time management and project management skills required to undertake multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients providing a technical solution.
