Residence Director
Fairmont Residences Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a talented and experienced Residence Director to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Fairmont Residences Abu Dhabi Marina, UAE.

The Residence Director will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of service, managing resident relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all residential services.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.

Supervise and lead a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service.

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident move-in, move-out, and ongoing residency processes.

Maintain effective communication channels with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with residential policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Develop and manage the annual operating budget for residential services.

Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance team to ensure that residences are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Plan and execute resident engagement programs and activities to foster a sense of community within Fairmont Residences Abu Dhabi Marina, UAE.

Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure Fairmont Residences Abu Dhabi Marina, UAE remains a preferred residential destination.

Your experience and skills include:

Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury residential or hospitality industry.

Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding resident expectations.

Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to residential property management.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
