Process bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are captured accurately in the reservation system.
Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest arrival experience.
Resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor booking trends and provide reports to support revenue management strategies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in reservations, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
