We are looking for a dedicated Reservations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing reservations, engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Assist and advise customers in selecting travel options that best suit their needs.
Make reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgetary allowances.
Check the availability of accommodation or transportation for customers' desired travel dates.
Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
Resolve any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Sell and promote reservation services to customers.
Answer any questions customers have about the reservation process.
Up-sell additional services or special packages when appropriate.
Provide support to customers needing to amend or cancel a reservation.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Negotiate deals and set up meetings with potential clients or partners.
Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic (Native
) & English -
Reservations skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sales skills to maximize revenue
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with reservation management systems is a plus
Flexible working hours/shift
Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
