Job Description

As a Hotel Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing and processing reservations for guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and confirmation.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism.

System Updates: Maintain accurate records in the reservation system, including guest details, room availability, and pricing changes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping departments to ensure all guest needs are met and any special arrangements are coordinated.

Promotions and Packages: Inform guests about hotel promotions, packages, and amenities to enhance their experience and maximize bookings.

Problem Resolution: Handle reservation issues, cancellations, and changes, ensuring that guest satisfaction is prioritized.

Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to occupancy rates, reservation trends, and revenue.
