Overview: Knight Hotels is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end hotel environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, managing team performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reservation process to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reservations Manager or in a similar managerial role within a 5-star hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of reservation systems, hotel operations, and revenue management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage multiple reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or customer service are advantageous.
