Reservations Manager AssistantLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market relatedOur client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets.We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager with experience in a reputable hotel in the United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities
- Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within the hotels policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests
- Access and interpret Human Resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests expectations are anticipated and exceeded
- Manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems
- Maintain the data integrity of the Property Management System with respect to guest profiles, history, sales and marketing
- Manage the Revenue Management System with strict adherence to the hotels standards and audit preparation requirements
