Team Management:- Lead, train, and supervise a team of six reservation agents and one supervisor.- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure coverage and efficient operation of the reservations department.- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.2. Reservations Management:- Oversee the reservations process, ensuring all bookings are accurately entered and managed in the booking software.- Monitor reservation requests and availability to maximize occupancy and optimize table management.- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts related to reservations.3. Customer Service:- Ensure the reservations team delivers exceptional customer service to all guests.- Handle VIP and special reservation requests with utmost care and attention.- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant.4.
