Job Description

Our restaurant is seeking a Reservation Agent to join our front-of-house team! If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails to manage restaurant reservations

Confirm and update reservations in our booking system

Handle guest inquiries regarding availability, seating preferences, and special requests

Assist with special event bookings and private dining requests

Work closely with the host/hostess team to ensure smooth guest flow

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or reservations at a restaurant

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,999.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
