As Reservations Agent, we rely on you to:
Responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservation service
Attend to telephone enquiries and follow up on guests'requests
Promotes Rooms / F&B promotions to guests
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
We are looking for someone who:
Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Customer oriented and result-driven
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
