Join a 4 -star hotel as a Reservation Supervisor, where you will oversee the reservation department\'s operations and ensure the efficient management of room bookings and guest inquiries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality to lead our reservation team. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the reservation department, including managing incoming reservations, room assignments, and cancellations, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to reservation agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to guests.
Monitor reservation systems and databases to maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest preferences, and make adjustments as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions and assistance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, including front office, sales, and revenue management, to optimize room inventory, maximize revenue, and implement promotional offers.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks of reservation data and processes to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues proactively.
Assist with the development and implementation of reservation policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
Prepare reports and analysis of reservation trends, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts for management review and decision-making.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy, revenue, and customer loyalty through targeted promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservations or front office operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems, hotel management software, and online booking platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team and interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and performance.
