Job Description

Supervise the Reservations Team:

• Oversee the daily activities of the reservation's agents, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to procedures.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the reservations team, ensuring they meet service standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set team goals, and provide constructive feedback.
• Reservations Handling:
• Ensure all reservation inquiries (via phone, email, online platforms) are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Ensure correct room allocations and special requests (e.g., VIP, early check-in) are recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.

• Assist in handling complex or high-value reservations, including group bookings and special requests.
• Inventory and Availability Management:
• Monitor room availability and ensure that reservations are processed correctly to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Coordinate with the Front Office and Revenue Management teams to adjust room allocations and rates based on demand forecasts.

Guest Service and Communication:

• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained by the reservations team, addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring accurate guest information.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on reservation activity, occupancy, and cancellations.

Maintain accurate records of all reservation transactions, including special requests and group bookings.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Ensure reservations are accurately reflected in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and other distribution channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
