Job Description

Reservation Executive / Travel Consult \xc2\xb7 Book tickets, reserve hotel accommodation, organize complete travel itinerary \xc2\xb7 Any Airline GDS knowledge (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus), PNR creation and Fare Calculation Working Knowledge and Understanding. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with clients You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets. As a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
  • Prior experience as a Reservation Executive / Travel Consultant in UAE is a MUST.
  • Outbound Travel / Holiday Consultant : 1-2 years (Required)
  • Knowledge of preparing Holiday packages
  • Global Visa experience (plus)
Attend / Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their needs. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing & new clients. Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels, and creating the itinerary. Regularly update CRM database containing client details and travel information. Customizing Itineraries for various inbound products. Attending to walk-in/corporate clients queries and attending to their travel plans. Will be responsible for selling inbound holiday packages. Issue, hotel reservations, local sightseeing and other travel service. Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares. Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region. English / Tagalog / Hindi Speaker. Flexibility, Adaptability, Convicing Skills are required.
