Seychelles & Mauritius and we are proud to say we have an incomparable knowledge of the Indian
Ocean.
Our main focus is on negotiating the most competitive rates for our clients, including exclusive offers
and value added benefits. This is made possible by the large volume of business that we produce. We
are also the exclusive supplier to a number of hotels in the region.
We are constantly working to make the destinations as easy and accessible as possible for travel
companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:

1. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients\' needs and preferences.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in planning their trips, including selecting destinations, accommodations,
- Research and recommend travel options based on clients\' requirements and budget constraints.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Offer insights and recommendations to clients based on personal travel experiences or research.
