GuestReady is a game-changer in short-term rental and hospitality management, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since 2016, we've been redefining the industry with cutting-edge technology and top-notch service. Now, we're on the lookout for a Reservation/Telesales Agent (Part-Time)to join our Dubai office.

Role Overview

As a part-time Reservation/Telesales Agent, you will support on managing direct reservations with the help of the team on the ground for viewings. You will optimize external reservations through different channels. You will maximize booking revenue through price adjustments based on market research for the properties assigned.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Convert calls and messages from Property Finder or other classified platforms

Optimize listings on classified platforms, ensuring daily updates of pricing and content

Follow up with in-stay guests for extension, payments and deposits

Good knowledge of apartments in Dubai and understanding of short-term rentals

Represent and talk about GuestReady effectively

Cool-tempered and capable of handling rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints

What You Need to Succeed

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)


Proactive, outgoing and self-driven

Computer literate and tech-savvy. Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel or google sheet

Multitasker, able to work under pressure and stay calm

Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams

Confident and personable, with a passion for creating a great customer experience

Strong communication skills.

Booking.com, Airbnb and Holiday Home knowledge

Knowledge of Propertyfinder, Bayut and Dubizzle will be an advantage

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a part-time position, candidates with own visa are preferred.
