Job Summary

A Hotel Reservation Officer is responsible for managing reservations for hotel rooms and services, ensuring an efficient booking process, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling inquiries, confirming reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Management:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online bookings for room reservations.
• Input and update reservation details in the hotel's booking system.
• Confirm reservations, process cancellations, and handle modifications as needed.
• Customer Service:
• Assist guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, amenities, and hotel services.
• Provide personalized service by understanding guest preferences and needs.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure room readiness and special requests are met.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote special packages and offers.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy rates, booking trends, and guest feedback.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue.
• Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, dining options, and event bookings.
• System Management:
• Operate the hotel's reservation system and other relevant software efficiently.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
