Job Opportunity: Reservation Agent Location: Dubai, UAE Responsibilities: -Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients. -Assist clients in applying for visas and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. -Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. -Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences. -Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry news. -Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and documentation. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role is preferred. -Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa application processes. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. -Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. -Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
