Reservation Supervisor (Additional Responsibilities): Lead and motivate the Reservation Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to maximize reservation sales and revenue generation. Analyze reservation trends and market data to optimize pricing and inventory management. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to Reservation Agents to ensure continuous improvement. Monitor reservation system performance and identify areas for improvement. Participate in hotel sales initiatives and maintain relationships with travel agents. Qualifications (Both Positions): Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Reservation Agent or similar role in a 5-star hotel environment (for Reservation Supervisor, minimum 3 years of experience with supervisory experience preferred). Fluency in Arabic and English languages (mandatory). Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in computer skills, including reservation management systems (PMS).
