To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required
To update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with different channels
To liaise with sales and other departments as required
To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate/refer to appropriate department
Accommodate and document special requests
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Previous customer related experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Additional Informationexperience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
