The Internal Research Project Coordinator is expected to play a pivotal role in facilitating and managing various research initiatives within The Research and Sponsored Projects Office. He/She should collaborate closely with several teams across different departments to ensure that internal research projects are effectively planned, executed, and successfully completed within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. His/Her responsibilities encompass review and update the guidelines for proposals submissions, preparation of calls for proposals, initial review of the submitted proposals, supporting the external review process, coordinating projects logistics, providing support to researchers and project stakeholders, review the outcomes of the projects. Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xa7 Follow-up and assisting in all required administrative aspects of internally funded projects in the pre-award and post-award stages. \xef\x82\xa7 Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports of the research and sponsored project office. \xef\x82\xa7 Monitor the use of projects budgets, publications, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to financial guidelines. \xef\x82\xa7 Attending administrative and technical meetings with researchers and research council meetings. \xef\x82\xa7 Assist in the preparation of the University's participation in major international exhibitions and conferences organized by Office of Associate Provost for Research \xef\x82\xa7 Any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Research and Sponsored Project Office.Minimum Qualification\xef\x82\xa7 Bachelors degree with a comprehensive inter-personal and public communication skills \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent analytical skills. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently, with strong organizational and project management skills.Preferred Qualification
