Role Overview:

As a Executive Research Intern , you will support our executive search and recruitment efforts by conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying top-tier talent for various industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail and technology. This role is designed for motivated individuals seeking to kickstart their career in the fields of talent acquisition and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify industry trends, market dynamics and competitor insights.

- Talent Mapping: Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and internal databases to identify and profile potential candidates.

- Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and organization of candidate data by maintaining and updating internal databases.

- Insights and Reporting: Generate detailed reports and insights to support client engagements and enhance candidate presentations.

- Administrative Support: Assist in drafting client proposals, job descriptions and recruitment reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.

- Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LinkedIn and other recruitment tool is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Interest in talent acquisition, executive search and market research.

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 months (contract-based).

- Visa Requirement: Applicants must have valid family (parent or university-sponsored) visas. Employment visa sponsorship may be offered after the internship, subject to performance.

- Work Environment: Office-based role in Business Bay, Dubai.

Mandatory: Only candidates with family visa sponsorship will be considered for this position.
