Job Summary: The Hardware R&D Engineer focuses on the research, development, design, and testing of hardware components and systems.Major Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design:
Developing new hardware concepts and designs based on market needs and technological advancements.
Creating detailed design specifications and schematics for hardware components and systems.
Prototyping and Development:
Building and testing prototypes to validate design concepts and functionality.
Iterating on designs based on testing feedback to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
Component Selection and Integration:
Selecting appropriate components and materials for hardware development.
Integrating different hardware components into cohesive systems.
Testing and Validation:
Conducting rigorous testing to ensure hardware meets performance, safety, and reliability standards.
Analyzing test data and making necessary adjustments to designs.
Project Management:
Managing hardware development projects from concept to production.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and manufacturing engineers.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Documentation and Reporting:
Documenting design processes, test results, and project progress.
Preparing technical reports, manuals, and specifications.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of hardware with other system components.
Communicating technical information effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Innovation and Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving hardware design and development issues.
Staying updated with the latest hardware technologies and integrating them into new designs.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring hardware designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Providing support for hardware-related issues in existing products.

Strong multitasking skills
Experience:
Strong knowledge (design, programming and commissioning) of controller
Strong knowledge, experience and a deep understanding of passive RFID technology & concepts and other radio frequency technology a plus (BLE & NFC for example).
Completes RFID / Non-RFID implementations, training, and post implementation support.
Learn to identify and troubleshoot issues related to EV powertrains, electrical systems, and software.
Develop and maintain new advance technology like RFID, UHF Reader, and Data Convertor
Maintaining a deep understanding of Sensor Techs products, solutions and services.
Responding to clients inquiries and diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware system and software.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficient level in hardware programable Controller
Experience in robotics/drones/mathematics/control systems
Must have experience in Water, wastewater and industrial automation projects
Electrical and electronic basic theory is a must
Using measuring instruments like AVO meter
Dealing with high and low voltage circuits
Troubleshooting and designing electronic PCB as a black box of inputs, outputs, status indicators
Using electronics interfaces like serial communication, Modbus, OPC, Profibus, RS232, RS485, CAN bus and Profinet
Experience in robotics/drones/mathematics/control systems
