Reef Luxury Developments is looking for a skilled Research & Data Analyst with a strong
understanding of the real estate market to support data-driven decision-making in our marketing
efforts. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign
performance to help optimize strategies and enhance our brand's impact in the luxury real estate
sector. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who can translate data into
actionable insights, supporting the Marketing Director and contributing to the company's growth
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on the luxury real estate market, including trends, competitor
analysis, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions and emerging trends that could impact Reef's
marketing strategy.
- Identify potential growth opportunities by analyzing competitor offerings and market gaps.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources (internal CRM, social media platforms, website
analytics, and industry reports).
- Perform data cleaning, processing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Generate insights on customer demographics, engagement trends, and sales performance to
guide marketing efforts.
- Campaign and Performance Analytics:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven
recommendations to optimize reach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time reporting on KPIs, ROI, and other relevant
metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to measure the effectiveness of digital and offline
marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Insights and Behavior Analysis:
- Study customer journey data to provide insights into the behavior, preferences, and needs of
high-net-worth individuals in the luxury real estate sector.
- Create segmentation models to better understand target audiences and personalize marketing
messages.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other qualitative research to gather in-depth customer
insights.
- Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present reports to the Marketing Director, highlighting key findings and actionable
recommendations.
- Ensure that all reports are well-organized, visually appealing, and tailored to meet the needs of
stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights that align with business
objectives.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
