Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our product teams and research initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and facilitate in-person research sessions, and other research events.
Conduct quick user calls and share findings with product teams.
Create and manage user panels for rapid testing.
Review and select research tools (e.g., Condens, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna).
Contribute to the development and maintenance of research policies and templates.
Create, and manage engaging research activities eg newsletter, events and workshops for stakeholders.
Review and improve research activities based on feedback.
