JOB PURPOSE As a Research Assistant in Integrated Artificial Intelligent and Operational Research in Healthcare, you are expected to work and solve various health care related issues Group. You will pursuit computational projects which include data cleaning, data wrangling, building machine learning model from scratch, as well as deployment if necessary.







MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS • Designing Machine Learning systems.
• Researching and implementing Machine Learning algorithms and tools.
• To lead healthcare data and employ existing bioinformatics analysis tools for whole solving healthcare issues.
• To develop new Integrated Artificial intelligence with Decision making related with Healthcare analysis tools as needed to analyze data.
• To improve computational design and perform basic pathway and network analysis using different deep learning and metaheuristic approaches.
• Good in integrating with other fields such as Environmental science to provide long-lasting solution to human health.
• To prepare project proposals, present results at meetings, and publish results in scientific manuscripts.
• Training/supervising students and project participants.






REQUIRED SKILLS

• A particular knowledge for data cleaning, data wrangling and visualization, building machine learning and deep learning model.
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, Keras, ScikitLearn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc.
• Competency in leading a research from the beginning to the end.





DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS • Educational background in subjects related with Integrated Artificial intelligence with Decision making related in Healthcare, Biomedical engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field. Strong computational coding experience (Mat Lab, Python and R) and with statistical approaches for high-dimensional data analysis.
• Several publications implementing artificial intelligence to medical disease diagnosis.
• To conduct simulations involving independently using any kind of dataset.
• Good in integrating with other fields such as Environmental science to provide long-lasting solution to human health.
• Experience with Metaheuristic approaches, ensemble machine learning and deep learning approaches
