Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and innovative medical doctor with a strong interest in medical education, medical simulation and research to join our team as a Research Assistant. With an emphasis on enhancing the quality of medical education in different aspect. Responsibilities: - Conduct literature reviews in medical education and simulation. - Assist in designing research protocols and tools for technology-driven education studies. - Coordinate data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Stata and NVivo etc. - Collaborate with faculty to develop innovative simulation-based training methodologies. - Prepare manuscripts, reports, and presentations for publication and conferences. - Contribute to quality improvement projects to enhance medical education practices. Minimum Qualification



Medical degree with an interest in education and research.
