The successful candidate will work as a Research Assistant in the research and development team in the area of date pomace valorisation and its application into functional food ingredients in 3D printing. The Research Assistant will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources. Other Responsibilities: oCarry out the procurement of equipment/consumables in accordance with the requirement. oWorking closely with the team members, external and internal collaborators. Requirements: o In depth knowledge of food ingredients, formulation and food characterisation. o Candidates who possess knowledge on food processing and instrumental analysis will have added advantage o Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team o Positive, analytical, ability to multi-task and possess good interpersonal skills o Proficient in technical competency to produce quality work
