A highly skilled RA is to be hired to help in coordinating the work of the Leadership/Pedagogy Upskilling Projects at the FOED and CURR departments. The main responsibilities are: \xef\x82\xa7 Setting up meetings, attending, and keeping minutes. \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating with the trainers and RAs in the projects regarding times, locations, materials, etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Uploading training material on the learning platforms and keeping them up-to-date. \xef\x82\xa7 Keeping records of leaders and teachers who will be trained. \xef\x82\xa7 Keeping assessment forms and quality assurance data and analysis. \xef\x82\xa7 Preparing reports and presentations to present the project updates and statistics to the project leads and stakeholders. \xef\x82\xa7 Keeping detailed plans of the projects\' progress. \xef\x82\xa7 Helping in producing quantitative and qualitative assessment reports about the effectiveness of the projects. \xef\x82\xa7 Responding to administrative questions from trainees. \xef\x82\xa7 Communicating with the teams via email and phone and responding to their questions or relaying them to the project leads.Minimum QualificationMaster of Education.Preferred Qualification
