1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, Client meetings and attending events.
2. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct at least 3 face-to-face meetings daily with clients to understand their needs and build relationships.
3. Performance Tracking: Track and record sales, revenue, and other important data. Also report sales and prospection activities and results to senior management.
4. Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Work towards achieving and surpassing sales targets set by the company. It is important to remain motivated and persistent, even in the face of rejection or challenges.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
6. Travel: Willingness to meet clients extensively work often outside the office.
