We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the site execution of landscaping projects, ensuring the effective use of resources, meeting project timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that landscaping projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineering professionals to ensure proper implementation of design concepts.
• Oversee the installation of various landscape features such as hardscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, lighting, and green spaces.
• Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, construction standards, and quality control guidelines.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure that tasks are being carried out according to specifications and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all landscaping work adheres to technical drawings, engineering specifications, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the areas of soil testing, drainage systems, grading, and material selection.
• Review and assess construction plans, ensuring that the design is feasible and appropriate for site conditions.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues related to the landscape design or construction and find viable solutions to ensure the project continues smoothly.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs, quantities, and cost estimates for landscaping materials and labor.
• Ensure that resources such as materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to minimize costs and prevent wastage.
• Maintain detailed records of all project-related expenditures and report on any cost overruns or budget adjustments.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage safety measures to protect workers, clients, and the environment during the landscaping process.
• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and technical documentation for the project manager and clients.
• Keep detailed logs of work completed, materials used, and any changes made to the original project scope or design.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance certificates.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met.
• Assist in handling client feedback and ensuring client satisfaction with the final product.
UAE Driving License holder and with own car will be preferred
