The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, fostering relationships with clients, and expanding our market share in the IT security and surveillance industry.
You will work closely with the technical, project management, and sales teams to design customized solutions for clients, ensuring their security needs are met with the latest technology in CCTV and surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation & Market Expansion : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CCTV and IT security sectors. Target businesses, government entities, commercial and residential clients that require surveillance solutions.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all business development and client queries.
• Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow revenue and market presence in the CCTV and security systems space.
• Consultative Sales Approach : Understand client needs and recommend tailored CCTV and security solutions. Work closely with clients to design cost-effective, scalable security systems that meet their unique requirements.
• Proposals & Presentations : Collaborate with the technical team to prepare and present tailored proposals, quotes, and system demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and close sales. Ensure that pricing, terms, and conditions are aligned with company goals and client expectations.
• Project Coordination : Work with internal teams (e.g., installation, project management, technical support) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of CCTV and security system installations.
• Industry Networking & Market Intelligence : Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's CCTV and security solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Report on business development progress to senior management and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
Key Qualifications :
• Experience : 5+ years in business development or sales in the IT equipment, security systems, or CCTV installation industry.
• Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of CCTV systems, security technologies (e.g., IP cameras, NVRs, access control systems, cloud-based surveillance), and installation processes.
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close sales in a highly competitive market. Experience selling complex technology solutions is preferred.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Should have UAE Driving License & Own Car
