We are looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our fast-moving and ambitious Middle East & Africa (MEA) team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for contacting and advising our candidates across MEA and as the first touch point with the school for many students seeking early admission, we rely on you to build our brand and reputation.

Responsibilities
Make initial contact via phone and email with prospective HULT students
Schedule one on one telephone and in-person interviews
Support recruitment with admissions and administrative procedures
Provide advice and support by telephone to applicants
Interact with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles
Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets and objectives
Qualifications
Fluency in English
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales, especially telesales, preferred
Confident and professional phone manner
The candidate must have a clear interest to work in a very international environment
Outgoing, Ambitious and having a clear interest on sales
Infectious personality, ability to present to a diverse audience
Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for the success on the role
Attention to details and positive attitude are key
Willingness to learn and open to feedback
Position start date: as soon as post is filled

About the role:
Provide clear strategic direction and leadership
Ensure the curriculum is of an excellent quality through regular review and evaluation
Monitor the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring the highest standards are in place for all year groups and classes
Lead the staff team to support the physical, emotional and social development of every student
Ensure an orderly, stimulating and motivational culture with a strong sense of school community, that embraces collaboration among the staff and specialists
Ensure the provision of first-class learning through the leadership of the school appraisal system
Create a culture and environment in which students thrive and thus drive-up educational standards and improving outcomes as well as the development of the whole child
Embed strong assessment practices which are moderated and reviewed regularly
Drive innovation in learning within the curriculum, teaching, and learning
Track and assess student performance, assist and lead in the preparation of reports and action plans.
Determine appropriate and useful ways of distributing responsibility among the team
Promote and encourage an integrated approach, and ensure all teachers are working towards a shared vision that embraces inquiry and integration
Provide leadership to support team members and middle leaders in the care of their students
Ensure the Learning Assistants are active members of the community and are able to work effectively with their respective teachers and students
Mentor, support and develop staff including performance management/appraisal of teachers and Assistant Head
To ensure that there is consistency, coordination, good communication and high standards throughout
