Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and identifying new opportunities in the swimming pool maintenance sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Business Strategies:

Create and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share. Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our services and secure new contracts. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and tactics. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Marketing and Branding:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and online content.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff and support team development.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the swimming pool industry. Strong understanding of the swimming pool maintenance industry and its market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
