We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the landscaping sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to increase our market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the landscaping industry.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new projects and contracts.
• Understand client needs and provide customized landscaping solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective business development and sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Track and report on sales performance and market activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Marketing and Branding:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our landscaping services and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional materials, online content, and advertising.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of the landscaping market and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Should have UAE Driving license & own car
