Amity International School Abu Dhabi is a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a dynamic learning environment. We are seeking a skilled Reprographic Operator with strong IT capabilities to join our administrative team.



We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Reprographic Operator to manage our school's document production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and be able to efficiently operate and maintain various printing and copying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, copiers, and scanners
• Manage print jobs, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to reprographic equipment
• Assist in implementing and maintaining digital document management systems
• Ensure efficient organization and storage of digital files
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet their printing and copying needs
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate reordering as necessary
• Implement and follow data security protocols for sensitive documents

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Reprographic Operator or in a similar role
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Acrobat)
• Digital file management and organization
• Basic networking and troubleshooting
• Experience with digital printing equipment and related software
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in IT or print production are a plus
