An exciting opportunity is available Representative Sales, based in Oman who will report directly to Section Head, Sales OR Sr Supervisor LRT. Summary: We are seeking for a motivated Representative, Sales who can: . Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching, and analysing sales options. . Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
In this role, you will be responsible of:
. Supports in clearing outstanding (ensure no bad debts). . Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. . Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. . Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. . Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to services. . Keeping up to date on all Trainings calendar and informing customers of existing & new services. . Answering customers' questions on the services. . Meeting sales quotas. . Support in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs . Seeks for new opportunities through networking and social media . Gathers feedback from customers or prospects and share with Superiors for action. . Execute and support the sales & business development strategy . Giving feedback on the competitors . Plan and arrange all work-related activities in an effective, timely & efficient manner (internally & externally) . Additional jobs can be assigned by the supervisor or senior management to be executed . Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
. Diploma OR bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, computer, engineering or Quality, chemistry. . Professional Knowledge . Minimum of 6 years' experience if Diploma holder or 4 years' experience if bachelor's degree holder in the field of administrative, planning, coordination, or related function. . Work experience in similar organizations (added advantage)
