Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team. In this role, you will be expected to design and generate reports, as well as identify trends and patterns to help improve business operations. Reporting Analyst duties and responsibilities.

• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Maintain reports from dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends of sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
• Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records.

Reporting Analyst Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
