We are looking for a Repair Warehouse Operations Analyst to oversee and track the full cycle of our repair warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have strong Microsoft Excel skills to manage inventory, track repair workflows, and generate reports for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage the full repair cycle, from item intake to completion and dispatch.
Maintain and analyze warehouse inventory using advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor repair status, turnaround times, and stock levels.
Coordinate with repair technicians and logistics and operations team teams to ensure efficient workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the repair process and recommend improvements.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for compliance and reporting.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize stock management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, repair tracking, or supply chain management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, Macros, and Data Analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
