Responsibilities Understand the product specification and implement reliable repair. Improve repair quality and efficiency continuously by data analysis and examination. Enter repair details such as repair description, consumed parts, technical comment, message to Customer Service team into Repair data base properly. Respond to Customer Service group with technical advice or detail information proactively. Submit monthly report to Manager with repair data analysis and observation. Create repair procedure and decision tree for new product and get approval from Manager in order to apply to your repair. Acquire of updated service manual shared by global technical support group. Communicate with their group when required.

Requirements (Experience and skills) More than 3 yrs experience in Product development, design or Repair related work Basic Electrical knowledge and technical skill for consumer electronics Well acquainted with tester or measuring instrument Efficient repair skill with understanding of operation principles and internal circuit Ability to analyze problem, find out tendency of defectives and report out Ability to read Service Manual written in English and understand the product construction/specification Software engineering (RS232, Data Acquisition, -C, C++, Lab Windows CVI. ) Preferred MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Language -Japanese(Native), English (Basic. TOEIC 550) Education Graduated from technical junior college, institute of technology or above
