Job Description

Job Title: Repair Management Officer


Core Job Responsibilities:


• Timely prepare of US parts list at each station and review with Director of Maintenance for repair action


o Issuing RO to right shop, get parts shipped to shop and expedite repairs of parts within TAT. Ensure timely collection & delivery of repaired parts at station. Secure POD as delivery proof. Coordinate with logistics for shipment delivery effectively & timely manner.

o 100% compliance to internal control & organization policies

o Ensure timely settlement of open Orders in AD Software

o Repairs analysis in terms of cost, repeat incidences and cost, NFF cases etc.

o Timely providing PPWK to store for GRN processing

o Resolve vendor discrepancies if any and facilitate timely vendor invoices processing for payment

o Evaluation of repair shops for quality, regulatory compliance and TAT

o Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;


o Familiarize with the safety, security and compliance publications in Centrik, LEON, emails or other suitable sources;

o Follow established and not to take short cuts;

o Assist safety and security investigations;

o Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;

o Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;

o Provide proposals for management system improvements;

o Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan


o Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.
Educational Qualifications:



Any Relevant Degree; Preferably Aeronautical Engineering Graduate
