The primary role of the Maintenance Scheduler is to plan, schedule and monitor maintenance activities for the designated product lines and/or sites, ensuring its synchronized with taking into account operational demand

**QUALITY**
+ Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
+ Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
**OPERATIONS**
+ Formulates weekly schedule of planned jobs and appropriate shop teams and coordinates with material control on material status
+ Generates work orders to activity considering manpower and material to meet on time delivery
+ Balance labor hours, tools, and material needed to complete work orders and resolve differences between workstation loads and available capacity
+ Issue scheduled workload to drive optimal utilization and efficiency of work cells
+ The primary liaison person between maintenance organization and operations
+ Assemble master schedule reporting regarding maintenance activity performance, on time delivery, labor and productivity performance statistics
+ Responsible for coordinating with Planner(s) for the development and adherence to global demand planning process for repair and maintenance
+ Routinely develop, enhance, and implement procedures and schedules for various maintenance activities
**COMMUNICATION**
+ Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
+ Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
**FINANCIAL**
+ All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
+ Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
**PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT**
+ Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience
+ Supervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunities
+ Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personal & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforce

**Experience & Education**
**REQUIRED**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 5-8+ years planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven environment
**PREFERRED**
+ Accredited 4-year college degree Manufacturing Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or other related fields or relevant industry experience
+ Experience with MRP/ERP Software preferred
+ Certification in maintenance management, project management, or scheduling, such as CMRP, PMP, or PMI-SP, is preferred
