Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle based on their needs.
• Provide information about rental terms, conditions, and additional services.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell additional products and services such as insurance packages, GPS units, and fuel options.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental office and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the car rental industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
