The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for our clients. You will be responsible for managing rental agreements, ensuring vehicle availability, and addressing customer inquiries. Your ability to build rapport with customers and provide them with tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities: - Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with the rental process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. - Provide detailed information about vehicle options, rental agreements, pricing, and insurance options to clients. - Process rental transactions quickly and accurately, including collecting payments and issuing receipts. - Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure quality and safety standards are met. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of available vehicles and monitor their condition. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to vehicle rentals, billing, or reservations promptly. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience. - Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the best options. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional skills in customer service and sales.



Requirements

• Graduate - Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the car rental industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with customers. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficient in using computer systems and software for processing rentals and managing inventory. - Fluency in English is required - A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.
