Job Description
We're Hiring: Deputy Manager Renovation
Responsibilities:
Review all apartments' final inspection cost sheets to ensure that the cost sheet is compatible with the company standards
Technical supervision of apartment renovations to ensure compliance with the standards and timelines
Technical communication with external parties regarding renovations that require the intervention of the Landlord or other parties.
Ensuring technical training for department members and increasing their efficiency.
Ensure the team follows safety procedures.
Supervising the purchase and use of the department's materials and tools.
Ensure the handover of apartments to new tenants in excellent condition.
Job Skills:
Experience in purchasing materials and dealing with suppliers in UAE.
Engineering science background.
Driving License.
