We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Renovation and MEP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in renovation projects, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and masonry work. This role requires a multi-disciplined professional who can effectively manage and execute a wide range of tasks to ensure the successful completion of renovation projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various renovation projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Perform structural modifications, installations, and repairs as required.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to MEP systems and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize tools, equipment, and materials effectively to complete tasks.
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Work with various materials and techniques to meet project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and other technicians to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to stay within scope.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct final inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets client and company standards.
- Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience in renovation projects, MEP systems, and masonry work.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
