DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role A Renewals Account Executive will provide administrative support renewing support contract and subscription licences, Tasks include providing quotations within set SLA times, assisting with queries, raising and processing orders and increasing margins gained from these accounts month on month. The candidate will work to a financial target as well as KPI's geared towards a high level of accuracy and ensuring requests are turned around in a timely fashion. As a Renewals Account Executive, you will:
Managing Support Renewal contracts requires a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and fast turnarounds for quotations and processing orders providing a high level of customer service
Being the go-to expert for a set of vendors managing the quote and order process from vendor through to the Account team/Reseller
To provide sales administration support to allocated external sales team member(s) with the result of renewing contracts and exploring upsell opportunities
To own and manage the Renewals operational cycle by liaising with the key stakeholders on behalf of the account manager, to ensure smooth running of the sales cycle from preparation to deal completion.
To develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships that enhances and promotes the sales of Exclusive Networks portfolio.
The candidate must be able to understand a diverse range of vendor products ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date. The account manager will hold strong internal relationships and use this resource to further enhance the reseller experience of Exclusive networks, other primary goals are to increase products brought through the client base and thus increasing gross marginEnsuring that all quotes sent to partners and orders received are in line with Exclusive Networks guidelines and Compliance.
Follow up on open opportunities with the partners where required.
Keep the customer updated on their orders by liaising with our logistics team for proper updates.

Previous use of Netsuite CRM system
